Verity Development acquires new plot in Wroclaw
Verity has purchased a plot of land offered in an auction by Wroclaw Municipality on Monday 26 of May 2008. According to the WZ, the 2,439.00 m2 plot is destined for residential with services and underground parking.
Verity has estimated the total gross buildable area to be approximately 6,500 sqm of which 3,600 sqm on higher floors will be residential, 1,000 sqm for services on the ground floor and 1,400 sqm of underground parking providing 51 garages. The construction period will last 18 months and Verity will start the process of selecting an architect by the end of September 2008.
