Excavation works start at Verity Rosa
Verity Development has signed with Hydrobud s.c. from Lubin to start excavation works on Verity Rosa project on 21 April 2008.
The construction site has already been cleared, the plot has been fenced, internal roads and access to the site has been prepared to facilitate the excavation works at Blacharska Street, 20. The excavation will be completed in approximately 4–5 weeks at which time the groundbreaking ceremony will take place. Verity Development will organize the ceremony and invitees will include the press, contractors, future residents, Verity’s management and members of Verity’s Project Management team.
Verity Rosa is a new and enclosed residential estate situated in Grabiszynek, one of the most peaceful parts of Wroclaw. This estate will feature six 4-storey buildings with a total of 76 well designed apartments ranging from 50 to 85 sqm and will include large terraces and individual ground floor gardens. The project will provide underground garages, air-conditioning, modern lifts in each building, benched walkways and a playground.
The construction completion is estimated for the 2nd half of 2009.
