Verity UpTown to begin soon
In the next few weeks, construction work will begin on the Verity UpTown residential project on ul. Drobnera in Wroclaw. The developer is Avans Investments, a subsidiary of Verity Development. The general contractor for the project, which includes excavation work, construction work to the shell-stage and local infrastructure, is Porr Polska, which should complete the project in February 2011. In addition, the completion of an apartment building with 65 homes is scheduled for the third and fourth quarter of next year. The prices of the apartments are to be in the range of PLN 9,500-16,000 per sqm, and they will have areas ranging from 46 to 120 sqm, with 8-9 of the units designed with two storeys. The building will also contain underground parking for about 60 vehicles, while on the ground floor some retail and services are planned. The project, which is to be built on a plot purchased by Verity Development in 2007, has been designed by Maćków Pracownia Projektowa.
